From initial development to launch, I was responsible for managing the visual identity and ensuring a cohesive, user-centered experience across all touchpoints.
The work encompassed the full visual system – including corporate identity, signage and wayfinding, uniforms, websites, ticketing interfaces, and public-facing information.
The goal was to create a clear and intuitive journey that seamlessly integrated design and function for millions of users each year.
